The Company was formed sometimes in 1986 with the association of a group of people having a very long experience in the field of manufacturing of Industrial valves with the motto to serve the Indian Industries to meet the challenge of 21st century.

The Company has already established two most modern and well equipped manufacturing units, both are located at Howrah and Started production and supply of Industrial Valves as Sub-Vendor, which are consequently being appreciated and installed in many of the prestigious Indian Projects of both public and Private sectors. Presently the Company has taken the policy of direct marketing of their products and as such highly professional marketing personnel have been appointed to accelerate the sales promotion.

The design department of the Company is engaged round the clock to improve and incorporate the latest technology to up-date the products to meet the need of the customers of future generation.
